My review:
The last gig of the Rhythm Kings´ Autumn Tour 2012. The host and owner of the Hotel Krone - Christoph Müller - welcomed everbody. The Rhythm Kings opened the concert with I Got A Woman sung by Georgie Fame. The audience was very enthusiastic.
Beverley Skeete deserves a special mention. Everyone loved mentioned her brilliant voice on this tour.
The guitar playing of Terry Taylor and he improved his stage presence a lot.
There was a lot of fun going on between the band members.
Everybody gave more than 100 % this time in Aarberg.
When Bill stepped to the centre of the stage and sang HONKY TONK WOMEN, no one remained seated but jumped to their feet and danced away. Mary sang Dancing In The Street as an encore and everyone enjoyed it to the max.
The band members were presented some gifts by the owner's son, flowers for the ladies and bottles of fruit brandy.
Thanks to the great crew!
Good to meet up with our Swiss friend Roland, thanks for sending us the link to a Berne TV station, which gave a brief review, link below:Telebaern Reportage fom 12 min.19 until 15 Min.15.
