Eric Clapton: Upcoming Tour Dates 2019 (DE, Japan, UK)

On the heels of a sold-out Crossroads Guitar Festival, Eric Clapton has announced a month long 15 show tour across 12 European Union cities and 3 shows in Russia in Summer 2020.
Shows begin May 29 in Prague and continue through Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland before ending in Moscow on June 30.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on October 4 for the June 5, 2020 concert at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland.  On sale dates for other cities are listed below. Eric Clapton will be accompanied by a superb band of musicians, including longtime associates Nathan East (bass), Paul Carrack (keyboards), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Sharon White and Katie Kissoon (backing vocalists).

Paul Melvyn Carrack (born 22 April 1951) is an English singer, songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist who has recorded as both a solo artist and as a member of several popular bands. The BBC dubbed Carrack "The Man with the Golden Voice",^[ while Record Collector remarked: "If vocal talent equalled financial success, Paul Carrack would be a bigger name than legends such as Phil Collins or Elton John."^[

EC’s Band For 2016 Tokyo Concerts

American Traditional Musician and multi-instrumentalist Dirk Powell joins Eric Clapton's band for 2016 Japan concerts.
EC heads to Japan's most famous venue, the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, for five nights in April. His band for the dates will be Dave Bronze (bass), Andy Fairweather-Low 8 (guitar) Paul Carrack (keyboards), Henry Spinetti (drums), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Michelle John (backing vocals), Sharon White (backing vocals) and multi-instrumentalist Dirk Powell. With the exception of Powell, all are veterans of previous Eric Clapton band line-ups.
These are the only concert dates announced for 2016.
