This time without Albert Lee. Bill was telling the crowd that the band is like a football team and Albert has a red card this time. (Albert was on tour with Hogan´s Heroes)
Great guitar playing by Terry Taylor!
Security was tight and I had only time for some quick shots.

Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings in Aarhus, Denmark - 23 Sep 2009

From Bill's Blog (shortened): "With the first gig over, the following morning the band travelled by bus to Aarhus, with Bill saying the venue – Musikhuset - was a really nice theatre, and had a capacity of nearly 1,600.

Bill and the band played the same set as the previous night, with a fantastic standing ovation at the end following the encores. But not rest for Bill and the Rhythm Kings. Thursday saw the band back on the road, driving to Esbjerg by bus, before doing a sound check (which Bill says was very good).

The Musikhuset in Esbjerg had a capacity of 1,063, with the band playing I Got A Woman (Georgie), Show Me (Beverley), Chicken Shack Boogie (Geraint), Too Late (Terry), Anyway The Wind Blows (Georgie), All Night Long (Bill), Melody (Georgie & Beverley), Maggie's Farm (Geraint), Three Cool Cats (Georgie), Sweet Soul Music (Beverley) and You Never Can Tell (Bill) for the first set. A short 20-minute break, and then the crowd showed their approval for the second set as the RKs played through Baby Workout (Beverley), Jump Jive And Wail (Georgie), Green River (Bill & Beverley), Johnny B Goode (Geraint), She's Lookin' Good (Beverley), Hit The Road Jack (Georgie), I'll Be Satisfied (Beverley), That's Better For Me Baby (Terry) and Honky Tonk Women (Bill).

Encores – to loud applause and a sizzling reception – included Days Like This (Georgie), My Toot Toot (Georgie) and I Put A Spell On You (Beverley). Another standing ovation, then backstage for drinks and to the hotel.
