I heard about the NWA Legends Convention in Charlotte, NC, USA, years ago and never thought that I would be at such a fanfest.
As they announced THE FOUR HORSEMEN Reunion I decided to travel to Charlotte to be at this special event. I got there on Thurday and stayed at the convention hotel. The convention started in the evening with a Q & A with stars like Ric Flair, Harley Race and Jim Cornette. I stayed until the end of the last panel and enjoyed to be among the other fans.
On friday the photo-sessions and autograph-sessions began. Wow! What a huge event. I was a overwhelmed by all the new impressions but had no time to take a breath. The Horsemen Reunion took place and everyone was on their feet to get their pictures taken with the Original Horsemen. Had a fab time talking to other fans while waiting to get my picture taken. Booked all the photosessions that were available. The wrestlers were very kind and talked to their fans with a lot of patience. I had a chance to talk to Tully Blanchard and J.J. Dillon as well as Ric Flair and Ole Anderson.
