The gig was in a huge tent. Tunø is a Danish island in the Kattegat close to Samsø. The island covers an area of 3.52 km² and has 113 inhabitants. It is administratively a part of Odder municipality. It is connected to Denmark's Jütland mainland by ferry service from the harbour on the east end of the island, near the town of Tunø By, to the town of Hov.

'Det er ganske enkelt en levende legende og en af verdens bedste guitarister, der lørdag aften spiller på Tunø.
Albert Lee er kendt af alle med bare et minimum af interesse for rock eller country, og listen af folk, han har spillet med, er alenlang: Emylou Harris, The Everly Brothers, Joe Cocker og ikke mindst fast makker med Eric Clapton for bare at nævne nogle få.
Og blot fordi man er i gang med sit femte Årti som musiker, behøver det ikke betyde, at man går et gear ned. Tværtimod. Albert Lee står i spidsen for et helt igennem forrygende band, Hogan's Heroes, der gennem de sidste mange år har turneret over hele kloden og spillet på nogle af verdens største festivaler. Det kan meget let blive en af de aftener, man kan fortælle sine børnebørn om, når dette hold af sublime musikere slippes løs på Tunø.

 The concerts took place in the main tent which offered jazz, rock, country anything you like. Seats available but there was a stand-up area front of stage. The tent was nicely decorated with flowers and other funny stuff. We noticed many professional photographers among the audience. Danish journalist and radio man Lars Paaske was also there. Albert and the boys were on rather late, starting their set with YOUR BOYS. The set list was a bit different and is posted below. Needless to say that their performance was outstanding. Thundering applause for Peter's OH DARLING by the enthusiastic Danish audience. Last not least thumbs up for the busy crew who worked hard to get the gear loaded. As this was their last Euro gig until September it was simply a MUST to be there ! Unfortunately it drizzled over night, it got cold and damp in the morning. The sunrise was beautiful, but we were desperately waiting for the long delayed ferry to take us back to the Danish mainland. Our journey home was something else, and I'm sure we'll never forget this hell of a trip.
